Anna Leach
Raised in Fort Bragg, California, Anna Leach graduated from Sonoma State University with honors in 2019. Anna returns home with two bachelor degrees: the first in Theatre Arts (Concentration in Acting) and second in Music (Concentration Vocal Performance). Pre-pandemic, she was cast as Roberta in Mary Page Marlowe by Tracy Letts which was set to premier at the Luther Burbank in Santa Rosa. Among her other theatre credits are Janet in Waiting for the Parade by John Murrell, Esmerelda and Abraham Lincoln in Abraham Loncoln’s Big Gay Dance Party by Aaron Loeb, and Rosencrantz in Hamlet by Shakespeare. Her musical credits include: Lucy in You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown by Clark Gesner and John Gordon, Maria in The Sound of Music by Rodgers and Hammerstein, First Priest and Papagena understudy in Die Zauberflöte by Mozart, Tzeitel in Fiddler on the Roof by Jerry Bock and Joseph Stein, and The Widow in Riders to the Sea by Ralph Vaughan Williams. Additionally her solo credits include opening the The Sonoma County Democratic Party Annual Crab Feed with the National Anthem as well as funeral and wedding performances across Sonoma and Mendocino Counties. Anna has long desired to give back to the community that first inspired her love and passion for the performing arts. What better way to accomplish that than by returning to inspire new generations?
Maria Ramos
Maria was born and raised in Fort Bragg. At the age of 5, she took her first dance class and has been dancing ever since. Maria trained in multiple styles at Second Story Studios including Jazz, Tap Ballet, and Contemporary. Maria has been teaching dance for 6 years. Along her dance journey, she discovered her love of musical theatre. She has performed in many shows with Gloriana Musical Theatre, her most recent ones include: Mama Mia as Sophie, James and the Giant Peach as Ms. Spider, and Fun Home as Medium Alison. Maria is thrilled to have the opportunity to teach at Gloriana Studios and to share her love of performance.
